Funding

Lasting change starts with strong local ecosystems

We invest in locally rooted partners and work with them over the long term to strengthen the ecosystems that shape young people’s rights, agency, and opportunities.

We build our programs in close partnership with our local partners, based on our strategy and portfolio priorities. We do not accept unsolicited funding proposals.

What we fund

We provide long-term and flexible funding and invest in our partners’ organisational capabilities. This enables them to develop and strengthen their work, build effective collaborations, and contribute to change that can be sustained over time.

We focus our resources where our experience, partnerships, and funding can make the greatest contribution. Our funding is therefore directed toward selected priorities, places, and partners aligned with our strategy.

How we fund

We build and co-create our programmes together with local partner-organisations based on portfolio priorities, available resources and evidence and learning from our ongoing work.
